ABOUT VILLA KING

Villa King, is a spacious new 5 bedroom villa, 2 bathrooms, 2 cloakrooms, built on 3 levels with ample terraces with sea views from the top ones.

Villa King is located on a small complex of 60 villas. Complex King with 2 communal pools, including a children's pool, basketball courts.  A bus runs approximately twice daily into the centre of Altinkum and beaches, with many restaurants, bars and shops.

Fully air-conditioned. Satelite TV. All bedrooms with balconies.

Two large roof terraces with views across the mountains. Sun loungers and garden furniture.

Open plan living area, fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, fridge freezer and microwave.

ABOUT THE COMPLEX AND AREA

The Villa King Complex is located 15 minutes from Akbuk, and 20 minutes from Altinkum. There is a restaurant, bar and supermarket on site.

About Altinkum

Altinkum is also know as Didim, famous for its soft fine sandy beaches, as well as rich in history with the Appollo Temple Ruins just on the outskirts of the resort. Altinkum lies on the Aegean Coast, with flights to Bodrum (1.5 hours) and Izmir (1 hour 45 minutes). Airport transfers can be arranged.

The resort itself is full of restaurants, shops and little boutiques, as well as various agencies providing tours to different historic events, such as Pamukkale and Ephesus. There is a new water park (10 minutes ride outside the resort on a dolmus). It has a host of pools slides, wave machines catering for all the family.

• 6 - 30 September = £500

 

Price includes all linen and towels (except pool/beach towels) and a basic welcome pack. £30 of electricity is included per week (metre will be read when you arrive and depart and charged for additional usage after this).
