Perfectly located between two picturesque unspoilt fishing villages of Gumusluk and Yalikavak on the Bodrum Peninsula, Villa Grand Tatham, is in an fantasitc elevated position, looking down across the sea. Villa Grand Tatham benefits from 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (shower rooms), 2 balconies,  and a roof terrace, and breath taking views second to none across the bay.

Villa Grand Tatham is in situ on a small complex of villas "Grand Sea View" with 31 villas in total, sharing two large pools and two children's pools. The villa itself spans 3 floors.

Entrance to the Villa is on the first floor, where you will find a twin bedroom.  From this level, there are stairs leading down to a basement level, where you will be able to enjoy the open planned kitchen and lounging area with breakfast bar and 2 breakfast stools, and dining table with 6 chairs; a door leads to a private terrace making breakfast a pleasure whilst you watch over the sea.

The second floor is dedicated to a further twin room and bathroom.

The third floor hosts the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, and doors leading to a further private terrace with sea outstanding sea views. Additionally there is a large roof terrace where you can laze around and enjoy the sea views once again.

ABOUT THE AREA

• Beaches - 20 minutes walk up a hill
• There are a few restaurants, and a supermarket within 500 metres.
  
• 3 miles in Yalikavak or 2 miles into Gumusluk
• Bodrum is 28 km.
• The dolmush stops close by this complex at the bottom of the road and you can hop on and off and explore many places; it runs approximately every 5 minutes to Yalikavak and Gumusluk and Bodrum and is very cheap.

Yalikavak is like a mini bodrum; a beautiful marina with thousands of yachts and boats, abundance of restaurants and quaint little shops and old streets. With it being just 3 miles away, and on the Dolmush route (min-bus) running so frequently; it is to go in for the evening and dine with such beautiful scenary.

Gumusluk is another unspoilt fishing village, again with an abundance of restaurants, serving typical Turkish cuisine; with it being just 2 miles away, and again on the dolmush route, you are not going to be stuck for choice of places to eat.
