ABOUT APARTMENT MANNING
This stunning 2 bedroom apartment, with lovely furnishings, pool facing, fully air-conditioned, is located on the luxury Dolphin Residence 1. The location is second to none, 350m from the beach, and 600 metres from 120 restaurants and shops.
Our apartment has everything you need, from cooking a full roast dinner, to watching the days go by relaxing in our wooden patio furniture, candlelight (if preferred!), sipping a class of wine or two. You can start the day with breakfast on the terrace. We have even thought about your comfort when you are sleeping, with Ikea mattresses, and full air-con, you certainly will feel very comfortable.
The front terrace is superbly located allowing privacy as well as pool views
We do have two very similar apartments available next to each other, same prices and size This apartment is strictly non smoking.

- 1 July - 5 September = £350
- 6 - 30 September = £300
- April, May and October = £275
- Nov - March = £250
Price includes all linen and towels (except pool/beach towels) and a basic welcome pack.

Hi Linda Just to let you know we all had a great time at the Dolphin residence. It is ideally located and the apartments are spacious and well presented. All the staff are great and will help you out with anything. There was no problems with picking up or dropping off the keys Linda was there to meet us on arrival.
Thanks for all your help and as we are looking to go back next year around the same time for three weeks we are seriously considering the Dolphin apartments again.

Gill and John - I would like to thank the Mannings for the hire of their apartment. The rooms are very spacious and you have everything you could possibly need. The apartment is in an ideal postion on the complex, on the ground floor with a lovely picturesque garden view, with the added advantage of being able to see the pool, which is great if you've got kids because you can then keep an eye on them. The pool area is superb, as there is plenty of room around the three pools (which the children loved). The restaurant and bar by the pool side were excellent, with staff to match. I just wish I'd stayed for longer, but I'll have to wait till next year. Thanks again. John, Gill, Louise and Lauren

Carl Pope - I would just like to tell you what a great holiday I had in Turkey. The Manning apartment is superb, everything we needed was catered for, just felt like a real "home from home". The location is great, within easy walking distance of the best beach in the area. I loved relaxing by the pool, with a bar and restaurant next to me. Altinkum itself is an excellent resort, had a great time in all the bars. All in all, the best holiday I have had in years. Thank you so much for letting us rent your wonderful place.August 2006 -
Just a note to let you know that we had a brilliant time staying at your very impressive apartment. It really did feel like home rom home. We were very sad to leave especially as the kids love the pools and the kids channel on tv. Please find enclosed the keys returned and you will find there is an extra key (to the block main door) which Mustafa gave me on arrival and I forgot to give it back. Also one of your towels got packed by mistake, which I have also returned. Unfortunately one of your tall glasses got broken, but I did replace it with a similar one but not identical.
