Villa Maha with superb panoramic views over the lake and mountains. A lovely 3 bedroom villa, sleeping 6 persons.
Set
over 3 floors, with 2 balconies and a spacious roof terrace. Villa
Maha is situated in a small complex called Lake Side Villas, and offers 2
large communal pools each with a toddler section.
The villa benefits from the tranquility of the Akkaya mountain and it also benefits from having a fantastic nearby restaurant (AKKAYA GARDEN (WATERFALL) RESTAURANT) located 10 minutes walk from the villa. The restaurant offers many activities including a boat trip to a private beach, party evening at the beach, fishing, canoeing and horse riding.
- Dalaman = 25 minutes
- Dalaman airport = 15 minutes
- Iztuzu, Sarigerme and Dalyan beaches = 40 minutes
Renting a car therefore is highly recommended to enjoy the area and its surroundings.
First Floor
- Living room: The living room has a sofa bed and 2 comfortable armchairs. There is TV and satellite for English channels, DVD, I pod base and three coffee tables. There is also a folded table and 6 chairs. The room has a bay window which offers a non interrupted view over the lake and the surrounding mountains.
- Kitchen: The kitchen has fridge/ freezer, electric oven with gas hob, extractor fan, washing machine, Clothes drier, kettle and microwave. All necessary cutlery, plates and glasses are also provided.
- Balcony: the balcony is accessible from the living room through sliding patio door and it is also accessible from the kitchen door. The balcony is equipped with a table and 4 chairs.
- Cloakroom: WC & basin
Second Floor
- Master bedroom: king size bed, big wardrobe, 2 bed side cabinets, mirror and a stool, hair dryer. There is a bay window which offers a fantastic view and there is access to the balcony.
- Double bedroom: double size bed, 2 bed side cabinets, mirror, drawers. There is a bay window which overlooks the swimming pool and the room has access to the balcony.
- Bathroom: showers, WC & basin.
- Balcony: Both bedrooms have access to the balcony through patio doors.
Third Floor
- Bedroom with two single beds, bedside cabinet, drawers, small wardrobe and a mirror.
- En-suite Bathroom
- Roof terrace which is accessible through a patio door and has two colorful chairs.
- All the rooms in the villa are equipped with full air conditioning/ heating and insect screen on windows and doors.
- All hand/ bath towels and bed linen is provided.
