ABOUT VILLA MELTHAM
Villa Meltham is superbly located with the back garden virtually onto the beach (40m)
combined with the stunning breathtaking views across the mountains, the
wonderful fresh air, and the amazing magical sunset, is something which
will provide guests with such great pleasure.
Spacious villa, with 160sqm of living accommodation
- 3 bedrooms, 1 double, 2 twin, and a double sofa bed - sleeps 8
- Built on 3 levels, all bedrooms with private terraces, some with pool views, and other with sea views
- All bedrooms ensuite
The
ground level consists of a fully equipped kitchen, with oven, hob,
microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, toaster, fridge-freezer, and a
tastefully furnished lounge, with Sky TV, and a dining area with seating
for 6, along with a guest cloakroom. There are patio doors leading from
the lounge, with beautiful patio furniture, built in BBQ, 6 sun
loungers, and everything you need for dining alfresco. This terrace
views over the pools.
The two upper floors contain the bedrooms, all with terraces, with views of either the pools, or mountains.
Bed linen and towels are provided, along with a welcome pack. All bedrooms and lounge are fully air-conditioned.
The complex also hosts various pools, pool side bar, restaurant, 24 hour site management.
ABOUT THE AREA
The "Seaside" complex, consisting of 40 high quality villas, is situated along the Calis beach, 20 minutes stroll along the "turquoise coast" to the main town of Fethiye, bringing you, beauty, tranquility and fun. A new water park, just 2 minutes ride confirms the family resort atmosphere, and if you want the relaxing "take it easy" holiday, the bus (Dolmush) stops right outside the complex, and will take you a 2 minute ride into Fethiye. Or if you prefer not to venture into Fethiye, there are many fine restaurants all within walking distance.
Flights are to Dalaman (45 minutes transfer time) - airport transfers can be arranged

- July and August = £700
- June and September = £550
- April, May and October = £450
- Nov - March = £350
Price includes all linen and towels (except pool/beach towels) and a basic welcome pack.

The villa was clean, spacious and modern. The location right beside the pool (which we sometimes had entirely to ourselves) and beach was perfect. Short walking distance to shops and loads of restaurants to choose from on the lovely seafront promenade. The complex staff were friendly and helpful. Water taxi to Fethiye is highly recommended, we saw turtles swimming along beside us and takes you to beautiful harbour where you can dine and shop. Great holiday, thanks very much.

Hi LindaJust wanted to give you some feedback re the holiday.
The villa was absolutely beautiful with stunning views of the sea. The pool was superb and was a welcome sight at the end of a long day trip.
The location was good and the dolmus service just outside the complex made everything a breeze.
I would strongly recommend Fethiye and Villa Meltham. Because we are family who like to go somewhere different each year we probably won't go back to Fethiye, but if we were not so inclined, I would go back every year.

Hi Linda,We had a wonderful time. The villa is beautiful. We couldn't swim because water temperature wasn't warm enough but we went to Oludeniz, Kayakoy. We went to Fethiye almost every day for 1 Lira. We took a long walk at the Calis area.
Everything went great. Thanks again. We might go there next year again. But this time around June or July

Linda, my party enjoyed a very pleasant holiday, the villa more than met our expectations and all arrangements made for a relaxed arrival and departure.
